Welcome to Avagama Holistics!

This website is run by Daniela Lindner, a Master Herbalist from Oliver, British Columbia, Canada. Daniela was trained at the Wildrose College in Calgary, Alberta. During her training in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition she was also exposed to the fundamental concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Homeopathy.

In consultations with her clients Daniela uses a range of assessment techniques including Chinese Pulse and Tongue Diagnosis as well as Iridology to assess the state of her client’s health. In close cooperation with her clients she uses the wealth of her training and intuition to determine which is the best path to return to good health.

Her passion and commitment to teach others that good health is simple and within reach of everyone stems from her firm belief in the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself. Daniela provides supportive and compassionate help in empowering her clients to achieve their goals.
